Darrin Turner says he purchased the 2004 Dodge Neon SRT4 because of the potential he saw for a build. Other than the 2.4L engine bored over .020, which was installed by a shop, all the work seen on the SRT4 was done by Turner himself. “I love my SRT4,” Turner concludes, “and her build is far from being complete.” Turner has plans to install additional modifications, including a 6262 turbo setup, a Turbonetics Performance Evolution wastegate, FID 1000cc injectors, Brian Crower Stage 2 cams, Wilwood BBK, MPx 3-inch turbo back exhaust, port and polished heads, as well as upgraded valves, springs and retainers.
