STORY
As the 2014 season began, so began work on my previous project that was a 2013 Jetta. Unfortunately, during this process an incident forced me to have to let go of that project and part it out. All this a month and a half before Canada's season opener, Fitted.

Although the parts where not transferable, I decided to go with the same base in the new 2014 Jetta 1.8T. I started quickly gathering parts to have everything completed all at once. First came all the OEM plus goodies. A full Votex kit including: front lip, side skirts, rear valance, diffuser, and to complete it all, a stylish trunk spoiler. As the car did not come with fogs, a complete fog light kit was ordered, as well as a Euro switch to control it all .To set the front apart a bit from the others, an OEM Jetta hybrid center grill was added to the mix. For the suspension, air ride was again a must, so new Airlift Slam Series bags where ordered and to manage it all, Accuair e-level was my management of choice.

With all of this ready to go, the new Jetta was off to Strasse Autowerks where it was all meticulously put together. Once all the suspension and bodywork was done, they moved on to creating my trunk set up. The set up consisted of having my floor reupholstered in matching red diamond stitch leather as well as the contour of the box encasing my 12-inch Soundstream subwoofer.

Being able to work with people with as much passion as me makes for great ideas. Together we decided to color match the air tank to the car and have it mounted in the upper shelf. With the exo-mount provided by Accuair, we were able to have the 2 Viair compressors and management all tucked behind it.
Fresh from being polished, my custom three-piece AG wheels were put on for test fitting and an alignment was completed to achieve that perfect lip to fender. It was done just in time, but something was missing. So, I turned to my good friends at Xpose for some custom graphics on the side of the car.

Soon after Fitted, I was able to get my hands on what seemed to be an unknown roof spoiler at a friend’s shop. Having never seen that on any Jetta before, I immediately snagged it, had it painted and installed. After some research it turns out to be a carbon creations spoiler. As it was visually complete, it was time for some fun and power, and who else but the people at Unitronic to deliver it! Software and a brand cold air intake created specifically for this new engine was the way to go.

FAVORITE MODIFICATION
Trunk set up with upper shelf mounted tank. It is my favorite because it is extremely clean and completely matches the exterior theme of the car.
