ABOUT TUNER BATTLEGROUNDS
Performance Auto & Sound Magazine (PASMAG) is proud to announce its partnership with Elite Tuner's A Historic Car Show for 2015 at Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA on Sunday, August 23, 2015! This will be first ever Tuner Battlegrounds competition at an Elite Tuner event and will allow pre-registered and confirmed competitors of A Historic Car Show to participate and join an online, braket-style, head-to-head challenge on www.tunerbattlegrounds.com. A Tuner Battlegrounds #TBGLIVE competition will be added to Elite Tuner Show's A Historic Car Show as a unique award category, similar to a "People's Choice" award, and the winner will receive a print feature in PASMAG. To compete in the Tuner Battlegrounds: #TBGLIVE Battle award category, Competitors (Tuners) MUST follow the following steps:
1. Register to compete at Elite Tuner Show's A Historic Car Show at HERE.
2. Once Elite Tuner has confirmed registration to A Historic Car Show, register to compete in Tuner Battlegrounds at www.tunerbattlegrounds.com/register (2015 Elite Tuner Show - A Historic Car Show: Philadelphia, PA (Aug er, 2015) to be selected in the "Event Affiliation" field).
A Competitor Profile will be created and displayed on the Competitors Page if you have been selected to compete. Qualification is based on the accuracy and quality of the completed/submitted registration form (information and photos). A select number competitors will qualify to enter the Battle Stages (elimination rounds). In the Battle Stages, Competitors will battle against each other, one Stage after another. HOW TO ADVANCE TO THE NEXT STAGE?
When the Battle Stages begin, Competitors must obtain votes at www.tunerbattlegrounds.com. Rather than PASMAG's internal staff acting as judges to select the winners, that responsibility will fall in the hands of the audience (the fans, show-goers and friends and family of the competitors). With a click of a button, the audience will be able to vote and choose their winners, one Stage after another. At the end of each Stage, the Competitor with the highest number of votes will advance to the next Stage.
FINAL STAGE: The Top 2 Competitors will battle against each other on-site at the event by gathering votes via text. Similar to previous stages, the competitors are encouraged to campaign for votes. A Text-to-Vote telephone number and Short Code will be assigned to the 2 Competitors to gather votes.

ARE VOTERS REWARDED?
Voters have the opportunity to win an assortment of items from PASMAG - event tickets, stickers, keychains, magazines, t-shirts, sponsorship opportunities with partners, and much more (to be announced). Winners will be randomly selected and announced on Instagram.
