Anthony Tosco says the 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution has always been on his list of dream cars. With a little more emphasis on the engine components and exterior, there are a few more modifications planned before the build is entirely complete. This includes a complete motor build, 800 Wheels, and what he refers to as a “huge wide body kit.”
