Albert Abundis wanted a four-door turbocharged car to turn into his project, so it's no surprise that the Evo X was on his list. In December 2013, Abundis purchased the 2013 Mitsubishi Evolution you see here, and got to work. It started off with small modifications, but it was only a matter of time before the desire to build the engine overcame him, and the rest is history.
