Rueben Rivera was originally looking for a picture-perfect Mitsubishi Evolution, but when he couldn't find the right one, he saw this beautiful Fiji Blue 2008 Honda Civic on the showroom floor of a dealership. He immediately knew it was the one, and took ownership as soon as he could. Once the car was his, he began changing things inside and out over time to shape the car into a reflection of his own personality.
