Everything started from the moment Carlos Romero watched Fast & Furious for the first time. "I said to myself that I'm gonna have a car like that," remembers Romero while pointing at Paul Walker's 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse on the big screen. Romero had a previous replica from the movie but wasn't 100% accurate from the movie. Additionally, the build was his day-to-day vehicle and living in a place where it snows, rust got the best of it. So one day while surfing on the action site, Romero bought one and focused on making it accurate as possible and, "here I am with the final product."
With the help from his wife, Jasmin, they finished the project in less than 3 weeks. "I can definitely say I built it with my hands from scratch," mentions Romero. He wants to prove that one doesn't have to be a professional or work in a high-class shop to achieve what they want or dream of.
