Mike Recine originally purchased his 1999 Nissan Skyline GT-R in February of 2014 through a company called JDM Ottawa. When he got the car, it already had a few modifications already done, but he wanted to make it his own. As a licensed mechanic, Recine is able to do a bunch of his own work, so he has been working on the GT-R since he got it.
