Tairance Rutter picked up this 1994 Nissan Skyline GT-R after a long hiatus from the car scene. "I started way back when I was 14," mentions Rutter, "and built my first Civic and was hooked since." When he became an adult, Rutter remembers selling off his customized cars to buy a house. "I moved to Edmonton from Toronto and found out the JDM car scene was insane out here." It didn't take Rutter long before he got the itch and knew he had to be back into another GT-R. "At the time," Rutter looks back, "JDM tax was steadily climbing and I was lucky enough to find this one-owner, beat down Skyline about 35 minutes away." Rutter picked up the Skyline for $10k (a steal by today's prices) but the price totally reflected it. It was up to Rutter to restore this car to its former glory, and you know - single turbo conversion with fully forged internals on e85, and trying to hit 800awhp... The usual stuff!
