Rich Martinez: 2005 Pontiac GTO

Rich Martinez has been involved in the car scene since he was a little kid. "My uncle got me hooked on muscle cars," remembers Martinez, "and we restored his 1974 Nova together." Martinez's first car was a 1964 Pontiac Tempest that he and his friends got running and looking good after sitting in a garage for years. "I've owned more classic cars then I care to admit, "GTO, Trans Am - pretty much anything with an arrowhead," mentions Martinez.

Martinez purchased the 2005 Pontiac GTO, named Hellfyre, in 2016. "I bought it from a gentleman in Seymour, Indiana." Martinez decided to modify it because, "they all look the same in stock form," mentions Martinez. "So since the 2004 to 2006 GTO is pretty much the bastard of the Pontiac community, I didn't have to deal with all the judgemental enthusiasts." All the work on the GTO has been done by Martinez and his wife, Carla.
