Christopher Mende was handed down his 1972 Chevrolet Camaro from his uncle on his father's side during his sophomore year in high school. The catch was that Mende would have to reassemble the car after his uncle had taken it apart. Working alongside his dad, who supplied some parts of his own, Mende was able to rebuild the car after a while, modifying along the way.
