One man's garbage is another man's treasure. Martin Molina decided to build a wrecked and declared totalled 1993 Honda Civic del Sol. "It took about three other del Sols to repair it," mentions Molina, "and I was finally able to get it back to life." The del Sol came with a B18B1, non VTEC motor, and blown suspension but with time and hard-earned money, Molina repaired the body, swapped in a B16A motor with a (tucked) engine harness, and installed D2 Racing coilovers, S2000 seats and much more.
"The del Sol made its first appearance at Import Face-Off in 2017," remembers Molina, "and after that, it has gone up to winning low limbo contests in Arizona, back-to-back Import Face-Off events."
