In Charles-Antoine Meilleur's family, cars have always been a huge thing. As a kid, Meilleur used to watch car videos on YouTube for hours, and at school his main discussion was always about cars. At the age of 17, he got his first car. "As soon I started modding it," mentions Meilleur, "I was learning everything I could about modifying cars and I still am now at 24 years old.



"

When Scion released the FRS in 2013 Meilleur was a huge fan of the platform, but didn't like the fact it was a Scion. In 2017 the Toyota 86 was released in North America. "So I bought one," states Meilleur. "There were many modifications I could get," he mentions, "I had no choice but to modify it.



"

Meilleur is also a huge fan of the track and stance looks, so choosing one style was difficult. "I was looking at all the wide body in Japan and I really wanted one." The first 2 years he was mostly looking for a track look but now after his third year of ownership, the car is somewhat what he wanted it to look like.

"I did everything on this car, from A to Z," Meilleur mentions, "with sometimes help of my friends."





Meilleur's focus on his next build will be on performance rather than appearance, "even though I love having a good-looking car," he jokes.
