Garin Fouts has been in the automotive scene since 2017. He started with another club and didn't like what they did, so he started his own crew called Modified Legion. Fouts bought his 2016 Subaru STI with 4 miles on it and has been modifying it since. "I have been working with 9Livery to get my build to where i want to be," he mentions.
