Andrew Ross grew up into cars going to races at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (CTMP). "I loved seeing new and old cars driving around," he remembers. Ross had someone in the town he grew up in with a 600hp STI. "From that moment, I put a down payment on an STI and shortly after had a motocross accident shattering both wrists," he states. He walked away from the STI until he got the casts removed and found a good deal on his 2010 Subaru WRX in 2011.
"I bought (the WRX) with the intent to keep it somewhat stock which didn't last long," laughs Ross, "and fought the modification itch from different forums and videos online." After 4 months he installed a turbo-back exhaust and hasn't really stopped from then. He wanted to bag the car; he loves the look and functionality it brings to the car. Ross pieced everything together over 2 years and finally installed them last Spring.
All the work has been done by Ross and his friends. "We all build different style vehicles and enjoy wrenching on each other's cars and trucks," he mentions. "I have built my car trying to keep everything simple and clean-looking, but maintaining functionality as I love spirited drives up north."

FAVORITE MODIFICATION
"Air Lift Performance suspension kit - it was the one modification I wanted to do for so long. I was given the opportunity for partial sponsorship from Bagriders in a contest but wasn't able to see it through at the time. It was a year after that of wanting, started collecting parts and after 2 years I was finally able to install it!"
