One of the key features that attracted Zachary Hillcoat to the 1992 Mazda RX-7 FD3S is its rotary engine. Powered with a 13BTT small street port, Hillcoat says he’s created a build with a fierce top speed and the sound to match. Looking to take the RX-7 to the next level, he also has plans to install a water/methanol injection change to a single turbo.
